1. We are an independent travel designer
Luxe Vietnam Travel is an independent travel-design company that plans private, tailor-made journeys within Vietnam. We are not an airline, hotel, cruise line, resort or licensed tour operator, and we do not sell airline tickets, issue tickets, hold reservations or process payments on this Site. We prepare proposed itineraries and, at your direction, arrange travel components through vetted, licensed local operating partners in Vietnam.
2. No affiliation with brands
Unless explicitly stated, Luxe Vietnam Travel is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any airline, hotel, cruise line, resort or other travel brand. Any third-party names that may appear are the property of their respective owners and are used only for description or identification. Photography on the Site is used to illustrate destinations and does not imply a partnership with any property shown.
3. Illustrative pricing and information
The per-person prices, itineraries, inclusions and timelines shown on the Site are illustrative estimates based on a typical party and general market conditions. They change frequently with season, hotel selection, group size and the experiences you choose, and they are not quotes or offers. We confirm a clear, itemized estimate in writing before any booking is arranged.
4. No professional advice
Content on the Site, including guidance on the best time to travel, visas and health, is general information only and not legal, medical, financial or visa advice. Entry requirements and conditions change, and you are responsible for verifying current requirements for your nationality and for obtaining your own travel documents and insurance. 5. Third-party operators and suppliers
Your journey is delivered by independent local operators, accommodations, transport providers and guides. We select partners with care, but we do not control their day-to-day operations and are not liable for their acts, omissions, delays or changes. Your contract for travel services is with the relevant supplier under their terms.

International travel carries inherent risks, and circumstances such as weather, transport, health advisories and local events may affect any itinerary. We plan responsibly and our partners support you on the ground, but some factors are beyond anyone's control. Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended for every journey.

We work to keep our information current and accurate, but we make no warranty that it is complete, reliable or error-free. Details may be out of date by the time you read them. We are not liable for any action taken in reliance on information found on the Site.
